I spent a LONG time reading all the vacuum reviews before i got this vac. Especially since i have carpet, hard flooring and PETS. MUST have power brush for carpet and SO glad i got this model miele and did not cheap out. this is a great vacuum - great power, easy to move, good for hard floors as well as carpet - def need the power brush for carpet! I have VERY furry pets and it works great on picking up all the hair. vac bags are expensive, but very large and hold a lot of stuff. the only complaint is that it is so well made and durable that it is a bit heavy and because i vacuum like a mad woman - it is chewing up my pine molding around the doors a little when i drag around the corners and such. because of the heaviness i would not recommend it for elderly. otherwise everyone should have one - it is great!Get more detail about Miele : S5281 Callisto Canister Vacuum.
