Where To Buy Eureka 900A ReadyForce Bagged Canister Vacuum Cleaner

After MUCH research, and going back and forth between sites looking at reviews, I chose this little vacuum cleaner for my NYC apartment. I will mention that I had $50 in gift certificates from another seller who did not sell this model, and after reading the reviews and doing my research, I decided to forego using the gift cert's for a vacuum. I VERY glad I did!
I find that this model has all the bells and whistles that I wanted - GREAT suction, variable speeds, LONG expandable handle, great attachments, retractable cord.
Yes, the cord in it is VERY short, but it's a compact model, and frankly, that should be the least worry. I threw an extension cord on and was in business.
Amazon was great - did the super saver free shipping - expected it to take 7-10 days as advertised, and it was here in TWO!! Granted, I live in NYC, so maybe our mail is super fast here... but still, Amazon always impresses me.
Trust me, this is a great little vacuum. I'm really happy I bought it.Get more detail about Eureka 900A ReadyForce Bagged Canister Vacuum Cleaner.
Shop For Hoover WindTunnel Canister Vacuum, Electronic Bagless, S3765-040

Did a fair amount of research before buying the Hoover WindTunnel and decided this one should work. Had a Rainbow that I loved but it is 20 years old and I do not have access to good repair service here in Kodiak so had purchased an upright but it was not doing a good job at all so tossed that as soon as the Hoover got here. I have a border collie who sheds a lot and this vacuum is able to keep up with her. So far I am extremely pleased and am even happier that my neighbor told me about Amazon as I paid $100 less with them plus they shipped free which is truly something as many manufacturers seem to think Alaska is a foreign country and gouge us on the shipping costs. Thanks Amazon and thanks Hoover.Get more detail about Hoover WindTunnel Canister Vacuum, Electronic Bagless, S3765-040.

Purchase Hoover WindTunnel Canister Vacuum, Anniversary Edition, Bagged, S3670

This vacuum has to be the greatest thing since sliced bread! I have a german shepherd and a cat, which means there's always hair somewhere! My house is a mix of hard floors and carpets, and the ease with which this machine switches from carpets to floors (button on the handle), makes vacuuming the whole house easier and faster. Also, after years of struggling with an upright in tight spaces--having to stop, go get the attachments, convert it from upright to the attachments, just for one dust bunny somewhere--I was also amazed at how easy the Hoover is to quickly switch to the wand for an otherwise unreachable spot! In addition, my carpets "felt" different (softer)on my bare feet after just one vacuuming--it either cleaned them better than they've ever been cleaned, or it lifted the nap on them--or both, whatever it was they look better than they've looked in along time, too. The 25 ft. cord, paired with the 7-ft hose/wand, means that I can vacuum a long way without stopping to plug in again. It's been a godsend on stairs, too! Sure don't understand the negative ratings this machine received. My only question was why I waited so long to buy this!Get more detail about Hoover WindTunnel Canister Vacuum, Anniversary Edition, Bagged, S3670.

The suction seems ok - other than that it's a bit heavier than I thought & it falls over a lot. Also the cord could be a little longer & I think it should auto retract. I'm not loving it especially for the price.Get more detail about Dirt Devil 082500 Breeze Bagless Canister Vacuum.

Buying Miele S2 Olympus Canister Vacuum Cleaner Model S2120

Bought my Miele Capri from seller "Mr.Vac & Mrs.Sew". It came on time and brand new as stated. The Capri model is the same as the Olympus, except it also comes with the air powered brush head.
Pros
1. The vacuum itself is fairly light weight (not counting the hose and head), weighing in at 10.25 lbs, even my 75 yr old mother can carry it fairly easily. Seems well made and durable. 1200 watts provides pretty good suction, maybe an extra 200 watts would be better, but still good enough as is.
2. Motor is pretty quiet, even at highest speed, most of the noise is coming from the suction.
3. Can install an optional HEPA filter.
4. Bag looks quit large and should hold a good amount of dirt.
5. Bought the Capri model, it is essentially the same as the Olympus, except that it comes with the air powered turbo spinning brush head instead and a bare floor head with brush (not spinning). The spinning brush head is definitely a must have, if you have carpet and want it to pick up long hair and dirt that is slightly buried into the carpet, it also does help fluff up the carpet. Even though the head is air powered, the brush spins quit fast and is very effective, unless you have very thick carpeting, then you may want to opt for their other models with an electric powered brush head.
6. Vacuum rolls easily, when pulled by the hose.
7. The metal wand, the piece that attaches in between the handle and the cleaning tool, is telescopic, so you can shorten it to half the length if needed.
Cons
1. Hose is 5 feet in length, which is a bit short, would have been nice to have an extra 2 feet.
2. Hose feels cheaply made, may have to be careful, incase if the hose is twisted, and it is pulled on hard enough, it may kink and damage the hose.
3. The handle tube is completely made of pretty durable thick plastic, but is quit curved and long, from where one would grip it, to the tip of the tube where you would attach a cleaning tool is about 12 inches. If you have a small cleaning attachment mounted, and need to get into a tight area, you may need to really hold it in an awkward angle to get in those tight spots, since your gripping hand will be approximately 12 inches away from the cleaning tool, so imagine that. This part should have been a lot shorter.
4. The clip that holds the three small cleaning attachments, can be clipped on to the base of the hose, by the vacuum or the other end of the hose by the handle. I do not like it at either end, would have been nice if they made it so that the three tools can either mount onto the back, or the top of the vacuum instead. Providing options would be nice.
Conclusion
Don't mind paying $399 for something that is intended to be used for many years, I think the price is a bit steep, but I guess you are paying for a German product. Again, the spinning brush head is a must for people with carpet. If you have carpet, save the extra $30, because you will end up buying the air powered turbo brush head later separately for $129. At this price, they could have used a better quality and slightly longer hose. Regarding the long handle, I guess I can learn to get use to it, but they REALLY should make it shorter. If it was not for the long handle and hose issue, this would have easily been a 5 star.

Save Miele Polaris S4212 Canister Vacuum Cleaner with SBD450-3 Combination Rug and Floor Tool

Like this vacuum very much. It is so much quiter than other vacuums. I can use the Miele vacuum late at night and do not have to worry about the noise disturbing the neighbors. The suction is also very good and it is easy to maneuver. I have had many vacuums. The last one was a Hoover which I bought only about six months ago and it was noisy and it kept breaking.Get more detail about Miele Polaris S4212 Canister Vacuum Cleaner with SBD450-3 Combination Rug and Floor Tool.

Low Price Eureka 3670 Mighty Mite Canister Vacuum

This is a very lightweight, all plastic vacuum - not really a true canister vac. I purchased this vac solely for use in vacuuming my automobiles and it is perfect for that. The unit is extremely light - perhaps only four pounds or so - meaning that it can easily be lifted and moved around. It is small - about 16 inches long by 6 inches wide by 8 inches tall - so it will easily sit on a car seat while being used. Alternately, the hose in long enough so that the "canister" unit can be left on the ground outside the car.
The angled arm end makes it easy to get under the front car seats while keeping the small head attachment against the carpet for full suction. As well, the small head attachment is double-headed. It features a three inch flat head on one side and a bristled upholstery brush on the other - convenient for flipping between car carpets and upholstery. The only tool that is lacking somewhat is the narrow wand used for getting into tight places. The wand is designed with a notch cut up into it, so you cannot achieve full suction. The bag is large enough that you could vacuum dozens of full sized cars before having to change it. The unit functions perfectly for such use, but it is a bit noisy and gets very hot from even a couple of minutes use. Nevertheless, the light weight, light duty attributes of this vac means that its design functions well for light work such as vacuuming cars.
However, it should be noted that this is a vacuum that costs far less than one hundred dollars, so one should not expect a true, heavy-duty canister vac. It is a very light duty vacuum and not one that I would consider using extensively in my house. The unit is a noisier than mid- or high-end vacuums and at four pounds with rather cheap all-plastic construction with a motor that gets very hot rather quickly, it doesn't have the feel of a vacuum that would last more than a year or two with household use. As well, the full-size floor head is a lightweight plastic unit that attaches via two hard plastic hose lengths - not a fixed, full-size arm - thus use on household carpets or floors would be awkward for some.
I like this unit and am very happy with its performance for the use for which I purchased it, but anyone purchasing it for extensive household use might consider this as an auxillary or supplemental vacuum and not the single unit for such use.Get more detail about Eureka 3670 Mighty Mite Canister Vacuum.

Eureka 3670G Boss Mighty Mite Canister Vacuum Cleaner Order Now

I bought mine at [...] actually for about $60. I returned it though for the commercial version for about $100 on Amazon.com.
For suction and cleaning ability I'd give it 5 stars but would only give it 2 stars for all else.
The vacuum actually exceeded my expectations with how good a cheap canister vacuum can clean. For the price I think it is a great value and after trying it now I know that I'll be using one all the time for the bare floors and in place of the tools on my upright. Because of that realization, there were a couple of things that caused me to return it even though it worked very well for the money.
1) The motor
Perhaps because it has the high power motor, it really generates a lot of heat. After only 10 minutes of use the handle was literally hot to the touch. No, it doesn't burn you or anything but it does make me think that since I will be using it for more then 5 minutes at a time, the motor can't hold up too long generating that amount of heat. My wife wouldn't let me keep it anyway because she said it makes a very loud high pitched noise. I'm okay with the noise as some vacuums are worse.
The $100 commercial version has 10amps but I can't tell the difference in suction. As all vacuums get hot due to the high amp motors, the commercial does not get as hot. Also, it does not make the high noise.
2) The cheap tools
The wand and tools are really cheap although they are good for a $60 vacuum. They work but just are not great to use. The combo duster/furniture tool is terrible if you really will be using them often. The half not in use causes the half you are using from reaching a corner or the back side of the stairs very well. The non duster part really needs to be an inch wider. An adjustable wand would really be much nicer if using it a lot and while the hose/handle are okay, I did manage to crimp the hose once while dusting some high up blinds. The crevice and floor tools were fine.
The commerical one has the best duster I've ever used on a vacuum and the other tools are all very good. The hose is a thicker plastic so I have not gotten it to crimp and the adjustable wand is nice. Both of those add a few pounds of weight but it is still light. No vacuum is perfect and neither is the commercial one but I'll be keeping that one.
The descriptions and so forth on these vacuums are way more confusing then they should be. The 3670G has a 12 amp motor and that is over 1400 watts. The commercial is 10 amps or 1200 watts. However, power does not equal good cleaning so who cares anyway? Perhaps the lower amp version and/or commercial versions do not have such a heat issue and if not very likely will last a lot longer.

Electrolux Eureka Sanitaire SC3683A Commercial Canister Vac Decide Now

I bought this vacuum based upon prior experience with a Eureka cannister vac. Very inexpensive but lasted a long time and worked great! This one promises to have the same advantages as the one I had. Powerful suction, relatively light weight. I'd ask for a better way of storing the attachments and a retractable power cord. HOOVER COMPANY Commercial Portapower Vacuum Cleaner, 8.3 lbs, Black Best Quality

This couldn't be a more perfect fit for my condo! I have mainly wood floors and area rugs. This does a much better job than any vacuum I've tried, including "hard floor" uprights. The only thing some may find distasteful is having to empty the bag. If you have dust allergies, this vacuum may not be for you. It's not "bagless" in the usual sense, but rather it has a permanent dust bag that you need to empty. Just shake it out and rinse and air dry the bag when necessary. Doesn't bother me in the least. No more trying to find "special" bags as with some vacuums. Type "T" bags, anyone?? My old Eureka canister hits the trash!
If you're worried about suction, try removing the hose from the business end and sticking the vacuum flat to a wall! I remember seeing this demo when I was a kid back in the 70's and you know what? It STILL works!Get more detail about HOOVER COMPANY Commercial Portapower Vacuum Cleaner, 8.3 lbs, Black.

Hoover Platinum Cyclonic Canister Vacuum with Power Nozzle, Bagless, S3865 Immediately

I bought this vacuum because it had been rated well for hard floors and pet hair. What no one tells you is that for hard floors you have to take the motorized head off and put the very-common-no-moving-parts-head on. Well, geez, any vacuum can clean a hard floor once you do that but unfortunately, on this model, that head constantly falls off while in use. With the motorized head on, it will not pick up sand off a tile floor. With the no-moving parts head on, it still takes repeated passes over sand to pick it up. The no-moving parts head does work fine on pet hair on the tile floor, if it would stay on. This vacuum works fine on my rugs. The best thing about this vacuum was how easy it was to empty the canister and how easy it was to pull the canister around. The automatic cord winder is nice too. Otherwise this vacuum was inferior to my old Hoover upright in every way. I have returned the unit. Amazon was great about making that easy for me so I will do more research and order a different one from Amazon.Get more detail about Hoover Platinum Cyclonic Canister Vacuum with Power Nozzle, Bagless, S3865.

Dyson DC23 TurbineHead Canister Vacuum Review

My New Dyson DC23 Canister Vac is a 1st time adventure with a canister for me except from 40 years ago. I researched canister Vacs prior to my purchase & although I did not find much input from rating sites on this model, I was able to gather some data that convinced me that the Dyson would be a good choice for me. I have had it just a few weeks but feel that I made a good choice. It is easy to use, has a lot of suction, tools connect & disconnect easily. The dirt cup & filter are so easy to empty & clean. I own numerous Vacs including 2 Dyson uprights, an Oreck & a Kirby. Each of them performs floor cleaning well but I dislike the hand tool fiasco with them. This Dyson Canister may not totally replace my uprights but it certainly is a good addition to my "fleet" of Vacs.Get more detail about Dyson DC23 TurbineHead Canister Vacuum.
Order Miele S2180 Titan Canister Vacuum - Chili Red

Here's what I learned when doing my research:
- Power is irrelevant. Any decent vacuum that is not a total piece of junk will have enough power. What sets Miele apart from the competition are other things:
- Noise level. The Miele really is significantly quieter than my previous vacuum. I live in an apartment with shared walls and could never vacuum at night. Now I can.
- Exhaust direction. I have hardwood floors and the fact that the exhaust of the Miele points UP means that it doesn't scatter dirt into the air like my previous vacuum cleaner. With my previous vacuum, I would do all the floors and then 30 minutes later it would be covered in dirt again once the dust settled. Not so with the Miele.
- The parquet floor brush is great for hardwood floors. Well worth it.
- Variable power. Being able to turn DOWN the suction power is actually very useful. For example, if you're vacuuming a door mat, you can just turn it down so it doesn't suck the mat up into the vacuum (like my previous vacuum did).
Here are the very minor issues I have with it:
- The power cord is a bit too short. I have to replug once to do my 700 sq ft. apartment.
- There is no way to know if the vacuum is in the on or off position when it is not plugged in. So if the power button got bumped while it was unplugged, then it might turn on the moment you plug it in next time.
- At $600, they could've included a simple pouch to store the powerhead and parquet brush.
- The box had a lot of empty space in it. So now I have to store a big box.Get more detail about Miele S2180 Titan Canister Vacuum - Chili Red.

Buy Bissell OptiClean Cyclonic Canister Vacuum, Bagless, 66T61

This vacuum has little to no suction power. You can hold the hose up to your hand and feel suction, yet when you put the hose (with ANY of the attachments or solo) to the floor in question, it does not suck up anything. Even when it manages to suck anything up, it spits it back out as soon as you try to suck up something else. Emptying the canister and cleaning out the brushes on the attachments have little to no effect on this suckless vacuum. VERY FRUSTRATING!Get more detail about Bissell OptiClean Cyclonic Canister Vacuum, Bagless, 66T61.

Buying Hoover Duros Power Nozzle Canister Vacuum, Bagged, S3590

I've used several different brands and styles of canister vacuums, and this is one of the worst. The suction is fine, but it has a couple design problems that I find very annoying.
The first problem you notice right away is the two attachments sit in a holder on the nozzle, which fall off constantly as you vacuum, so you end up removing them and setting them aside which eventually will lead to them being misplaced and lost. Other canister vacuums usually have the attachments inside the canister unit somewhere, or hidden out of the way.
The second problem is the unit has two power switches, one for the canister and one for the power head, which turn on separately. In every other canister vacuum I've used, one switch on the handle turns on both. So you end up turning on and off two switches on different parts of the vacuum, really inconvenient.
The third problem is there is no easy way to vacuum carpeted stairs. The power head doesn't fit on stairs, same as every other canister unit, but there is no attachment that works well. In the manual they recommend using the upholstery tool and the crevice tool, but the upholstery tool works horribly on carpeted stairs.
I have no experience with other types of vacuums, but it seems to me the best would be an upright bagless vacuum with a removable hose for stairs, drapes, and upholstery. Canister vacuums are bulky, hard to store, and most importantly hard to move around as you vacuum. If you're set on getting a canister vacuum anyway, I would buy one that doesn't have the problems I listed above.

Cheap Panasonic Vacuum Ltwt Canister Nic

Good quality. Great power for such a small and light and easy to operate vacuum cleaner. I totally abandoned the heavy american style carpet vacuum cleaners that gave me horrible back pain. Very good quality. Sometimes the front part of the hose falls, but it is rarely and so easy to reatach.
I have always been asured that this style of vacuum cleaners are strictly for hard floors. Well, I am very happy with the powerful cleaning of my carpet flooring! It was shipped very fast too. Thanks!
And I would like to recommend to the vaccuum cleaners factories to make another design for the heavy ones - you have to push the entire body for every move on the carpet?! Why? - It is so much easier just to move the hose :)

Cheapest Electrolux EL6988D Oxygen3 Canister Vacuum Cleaner

I got an Electrolux Oxygen canister vacuum from Lowes back in 2003 at full retail ($400). At first, it was awesome. Pretty much just like my mom's grey and blue Electrolux as far as suction and mode of operation. It was super great on carpets as the head unit was light and maneuverable. The canister part was great too. The hose was long enough and attachments were all useable. The only con was the canister would always crash into the corners as we were vacuuming. Yes, I know there are some nuances with a canister, but carrying the canister around was tiresome. Also, the attachment caddy broke as a result of one such corner so now it's a carpet cleaning canister with attachments somewhere around the house.
After about 2 years, the carpet cleaning part (with rotating brush) would start to have connection issues. As a result of disconnecting the hose (with handle) from the carpet unit repeatedly (to use attachments), the dual prongs would burn/spark every now and then as I would push and pull on the carpet unit causing momentary disconnection. I thought it was minor enough not to warrant servicing and I guess I was partly in denial considering the cost and reputation of the vacuum.
Well, it did get worse and it got to the point where I couldn't even vacuum cause it would happen every pull and push. Went to an electolux authorized service guy and he told me that once it starts disconnecting, the unit needs replacing. (GRRR) So basically, I spent $200 a year on a vacuum before it started needed repairs. And at a cost of close to $200 for the carpet unit and hose, it wasn't cheap. So I decided to think about it and tried gerry rigging it myself. I sanded down the prongs, cleaned out the female ends and a few other minor and it worked great for about a year before I had to do the same "servicing" again.
So flash forward a few years and now "servicing" did nothing to stop the d/c. On top of that the rotating brush seized and cleaning it out only lasted 2 uses before seizing again, so we decided to spend the money on a lightweight upright that comes with a canister. One canister for upstairs and downstairs now.
The upright is great! The canister's not as good as the Oxygen of course so we'll definitely keep it. Who knows, maybe I'll fork over the $200 one day as it's a pretty good vacuum (less the issues). :)

Save Hoover WindTunnel Canister Vacuum, Bagless, S3755

This is my first canister. After 15 yrs I've decided uprights are the spawn of the devil - they are getting heavier and bulkier and messier. Here were my biggest complaints of my last bagless uprights (Bissells and Eurekas) that I hoped to improve with the Hoover. 1) HEAVY, it's like maneuvering a small army tank around 2) CLOGGING - my last 5 bagless uprights all clogged with each use, either in the filter container or in the hose assembly. 3) MESSY - all my bagless vacuums left a huge dusty smelly mess on the floor when I try to remove the container, no matter how careful I was. Dust EVERYWHERE. YUK! The only redeeming quality of the Pet Eraser (my last upright that lasted 12 mos) is that it was the most powerful unit - VERY powerful suction. It also had the shortest lifespan of all my units and cost the most. So I forked up for the Hoover after reading comments here. Oddly, as I was reading a lot of comments I realized they were posting for the wrong model, I think they just saw a matching picture and posted there. According to Hoover's website comparison tool, the only real difference between this model and the Electronic model is the addition of two more tools (all the other checkboxes are identical). Considering I have 3 defunct Turbo Tools from various defunct models, I don't put much value on them. Most quit working after only a few uses, so I'm glad I didn't spend the extra money.
Here's the heavy on the Windtunnel Canister.... 1) it's NOT heavy, I can easily pick it up by the handle and carry it anywhere or even hold it as I vacuum. 2) it's the CLEANEST bagless vacuum I've had so far. It's not as clean as a bagged vacuum, but it's pretty close. ALL my bagless vacuums require the container to be dumped after each avg-sized room, and this one is no different so I don't consider it a CON - I consider it a flaw common to all bagless vaccums. 3) NEVER CLOGS - not once. It has less suction than the Pet Eraser, but it's still quite powerful enough for my combination of low pile carpets and hardwood floors that get covered with fur and tracked-in grass. One reader posted that it did not pick up on hardwood floors and I couldn't disagree more - it's great for hardwood and doesn't scratch like my upright. Here are the unexpected perks: 3 most common cleaning attachments included and stowed in a compartment. It's TALL and LOW - big bonus. The sturdy wand adjusts to a very nice length accommodating my tall frame - no more backaches from leaning over. It's LOW. I love the low profile base which is only a couple of inches off the floor - I didn't notice the benefit until after I started going under sofas, chairs with low rungs, night stands, beds - all the way to the back of the walls. I can lay the wand close to the floor and vacuum under furniture to the wall and get all those dustballs I normally miss. And as many other readers pointed out - retractable cord.. HAND-DEE!!! No more tripping myself as I move the vacuum from room to room. I also really like using the upholstery tool instead of the normal floor attachment to do all the baseboards and g tighter areas like behind toilets. I did not originally see any benefit from an adjustable suction setting. Who would want anything other than MAX??? But then I realized it's great for doing area rugs, and bathroom mats - no more sucking the mats up into the vaccum. Never thought of that before -because I never had a vacuum with that option. Several readers point out that the filter needs frequent cleaning. I tap mine off after each use and find that it cleans relatively easily. CONS - not quite as much suction using the floor attachment as the Pet Hair Eraser - however, the hose itself and the attachments have powerful suction. When in the upright position unattended, the wand can easily tip over if not balanced properly. I have read several readers claim that after 3-5 yrs, the electrical yoke assembly shorts out. I'll keep my fingers crossed. Since I've never had a vacuum last 3 yrs, I'll consider myself lucky if I can test that claim out. Also - I am careful never to drag the vacuum around by the hose - that likely promotes splitting in the plastic assembly - I use the handle to move the base. Overall - a unit that matches my expectations based on purchase price. Lightweight, compact, but powerful enough to get the job done.Get more detail about Hoover WindTunnel Canister Vacuum, Bagless, S3755.
Bissell Big Green Complete Home-Cleaning System, 7700 Decide Now

I was very hesitant to purchase this vacuum because of the bad reviews. Glad I didn't listen and went for it. This vacuum DOES NOT have a suction problem! I am fairly confident the issue is people don't read and comprehend the user manual. The problem comes down to TWO fill lines on the water tank. The fill line on the front (which is easy to see) is the water line when you must EMPTY the water tank. The real water fill line for normal vacuum operation is on the back of the water tank and is harder to see. The water fill line on the back is about 1-2 gallons less water than the one on the front. I did an experiment and the more full the water tank, the less suction power (makes sense as more water in the tank means it is harder to pull air through the system). When the proper amount of water is used (or even a little less to cheat) this thing has great suction!
Biggest positive:
1- Water filtered vacuum is awesome. This allows for almost zero dust being expelled from the vacuum. No longer do I get "allergy nose" after I vacuum for an hour or so.
As much as I like this product, I can't give it 5 stars.
Drawbacks:
1- The canister is pretty large and heavy. I could not imagine my grandmother using this vacuum.
2- Wish the wand was a little longer or adjustable. I'm 6ft and need to bend a bit.
3- The lid on the water tank doesn't have a latch, if the canister ever flips over you are going to have a mess on your hands.

Lowest Price Bissell Flip-It Select Hard Floor Cleaner with Heat, 7340

It literally doesn't suck like a vacuum should. The vacuum is very weak. The literature says it's good for dust and crumbs. If you need to suck up anything more than that, like pet hair, you need more vacuum. The wet mop works okay, until you turn it off. Then it becomes a dripping mess. We had to set the thing outside after use to let it drip dry. This is more of a novelty item than an appliance.Get more detail about Bissell Flip-It Select Hard Floor Cleaner with Heat, 7340.

Low Price Shark Roadster Canister Vacuum -Ep722 - (Power Pet) Factory Serviced

I needed a lightweight vacuum that cleans up after 1 grandchild, 2 cats and a dog. This vacuum does the trick. I have linoleum floors and rugs and it works great on both. It also has an attachment for the furniture that I especially love. My granddaughter loves to crumble food on the floor and couch and the cats are always leaving hair everywhere. I vacuum 2-3 times daily sometimes more depending on the day. This vacuum is easy to take out and use because it is so lightweight. It is a great vacuum for the price. I would recommend it to anyone.Get more detail about Shark Roadster Canister Vacuum -Ep722 - (Power Pet) Factory Serviced.

Bosch BSA2101UC COMPACT VACUUM Buy Now

Just received this and I love it! Our house is mainly hardwood and tile plus we have two inside large dogs. I had previously been using my upright with attachments but it was back-breaking. This vacuum has great suction and I love the fact that I just open the canister and pull out the dust bag when it's full as I have allergies so this will definitely be a benefit for me. The only drawback I can see at this time (and I just finished vacuuming the entire house with this vacuum) is that the cord isn't as long as I would like it to be, but that is very minor.Get more detail about Bosch BSA2101UC COMPACT VACUUM.
Electrolux EL 7055A Twin Clean Bagless Canister Vacuum Best Quality

This vacuum was great when we first got it- good suction, handy attachments, easy to maneuver. However, after owning it for 1 year and 3 months it died. Luckily, the store where we purchased has an excellent return policy and we were able to get our money back. How disappointing for such an expensive vacuum! I would not buy another one.Get more detail about Electrolux EL 7055A Twin Clean Bagless Canister Vacuum.

Dirt Devil Detailer Hand Vacuum Immediately

Eraser dust is always a pain to clean up because using a damp towel never seems to do the job, and swiping them off my desk into the trash can is just plain annoying. This mini vac is perfect for eraser dust, just what i was looking for.
I smoke in my car a lot and oftentimes ash gets onto my seats and floor. This devil picks them up quite easily and is still able to run after I've vacuumed my entire car, so the battery lasts pretty long on a full charge.
It's really handy for the small jobs that you don't want to bother dragging out a 15 inch hand vac for.
I love this little sucker and recommend it to lazy people like me.Get more detail about Dirt Devil Detailer Hand Vacuum.

Dirt Devil 082750 Vision Bagless Canister Vacuum Cleaner with Power Nozzle Review

What can I say that hasn't been said by previous posters. I was so intrigued by the Amazon Product Details, that I ordered two of these. I just got my return authorization for both. I don't need the power nozzle. It sure is described as the real-deal. But let me specifically tell you how this is so obviously engineered by a Chinese mentality. 1) the power-cord is short: how much more basic can you get than a cord always pulling you from going further; 2) the power cord is fabricated or made from sub-standard rubber or plastic or whatever makes it flexible or not - when u feel that cord, it is more brittle than flexible and will just be a matter of time before it starts sticking up the auto recoil; 3) the suction tubing is almost of the same substandard materials - they probably added too much water to something cheap to the mixture - it just doesn't easily flex and God-forbid you want to turn in tight corners using just the suction nozzle, which is primarily how I use this vacuum; 4) the filter system's dirt cup cage is so thinly designed and fabricated, again, it's built to break and way too much trouble to go through to empty dirt, as compared to let's say, the lower cost Dirt Devil R082550. With that, you just lift a lid and pull out the large cup and filter assembly, dump, bang and your done. So the whole filter system seems needlessly complicated and rickety. 5) the big wheels wobble and sometimes just stop turning. I didn't even check what was up, since that started happening after noting everything else. I just dragged it. Conclusion, to me, this vacuum hurts Amazon. I mean, why would you sell something this substandard. It is just a package of total crap, designed and manufactured without a respect for quality, endurance and customer ease of use and expectation. Who at Amazon let this product through should be reprimanded.Get more detail about Dirt Devil 082750 Vision Bagless Canister Vacuum Cleaner with Power Nozzle.
