This is probably a great vacuum. It seems to have a lot of suction. However, right out of the box it had a flaw with the motor that caused it to shut off unexpectedly and it was hard to turn off and on. I'm surprised this was considered "refurbished" since it was clearly broken when I got it. It also didn't come with a manual.
The company has been helpful in trying to get this fixed, but I wouldn't have bought this thing if I had known it would immediately be in the shop for 3+ weeks. At least the repairs will be covered under warranty, but I still think it shouldn't have been resold when it's quite obviously got an electrical malfunction. I've had other refurbished appliances that lasted years and years without any problems.
