Works like a champ, exactly as described. I did end up having to buy the power carpet head from the company( who were very nice and it arrived promptly) My only grip is how small the vacuum bag is, if you have a large house or lots of pets, you really have to keep an eye on it...it fills up quick . On the whole, I am very pleased. The cloth bag works very well and is easy to rinse out, drys quickly. I would recommend it to any one especially if you have a small house or trailer and not a lot of storage room. It has plenty of power and is light to carry.
