I needed a lightweight vacuum that cleans up after 1 grandchild, 2 cats and a dog. This vacuum does the trick. I have linoleum floors and rugs and it works great on both. It also has an attachment for the furniture that I especially love. My granddaughter loves to crumble food on the floor and couch and the cats are always leaving hair everywhere. I vacuum 2-3 times daily sometimes more depending on the day. This vacuum is easy to take out and use because it is so lightweight. It is a great vacuum for the price.
