It literally doesn't suck like a vacuum should. The vacuum is very weak. The literature says it's good for dust and crumbs. If you need to suck up anything more than that, like pet hair, you need more vacuum. The wet mop works okay, until you turn it off. Then it becomes a dripping mess.
